Generally, the threaded connection can meet the self-locking conditions. Tighten the nut. When the static load and working temperature change a little, the threaded connection will not loosen automatically.
However, under the action of impact and vibration, as well as under the condition of high temperature or large temperature change. The preload and friction in threaded connections will gradually decrease or may be less effective, resulting in connection failure. Once the threaded connection fails, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the top-mounted agitator and even cause accidents.
