At the same power, the mass transfer coefficient of the BTD type agitator impeller is 30% higher than that of the flat blade disc turbine impeller. And the gas holding capacity is increased by more than 40%. The bubbles gather under the blade and are thrown out under the action of centrifugal force. With the flow of medium in the tank, the BTD type agitator impeller is dispersed to various areas in the tank. It increases the effective contact between the bubble and the medium, and the power consumption ratio is very low. In addition, it is also required to operate with other processes, such as fermentation, gas absorption, and so on.
